About Courtney
There are a multitude of reasons for someone to workout. There are many health benefits including improved cardiovascular health, lowering blood pressure, increase immune function and limiting your risk to disease, increased bone and muscle mass, and lower body fat. Aside from the physical health benefits, working out is good for your mental and emotional health as well. It gives you energy, and improves your mood, and lowers the risk of anxiety and depression. All positives in my book!
As a trainer, I get to help people everyday see the potential that lies within themselves. It may not necessarily be about looking a certain way, but something deeper. I’m getting them to see strength in themselves that they didn’t see before, improve their confidence, and get healthy, physically, emotionally and mentally.
